The purpose of the Committee is to: be the governing body of and the official spokesman for the Republican Party in St. Mary’s County, Maryland; cooperate with the Republican State Central Committee for Maryland and with the Republican National Committee; establish and operate an effective Republican political organization for St. Mary’s County;
